Two to four weeks is comfortable, and a week is usually fine. For July, August, Christmas, New Year and Japanese Golden Week, book four to eight weeks ahead — those dates sell out and we would rather not turn you away. Same-day airport pickups are often possible, so it is always worth asking.

Neither. We hold your booking on your word, and you pay the driver at the end of the day in cash or by bank transfer. We will never ask for card details, and you should be cautious of any Bali driver who does.

Yes. Changes are free and you can cancel up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge — a quick WhatsApp message is all we need. For bookings where we have already paid for boat tickets or activity slots on your behalf, we will tell you clearly what is refundable before you confirm.

Open daily, 06:00 – 22:00 (WITA). Airport pickups 24/7 by request. Outside those hours we still monitor WhatsApp for guests already on a trip with us, and airport pickups run around the clock — including 03:00 arrivals.

English, Japanese (日本語) or Indonesian. Our replies in Japanese come from Adi or Komang, so if you write in Japanese overnight you may get an English holding reply first and a full Japanese answer in the morning.

Yes, and it happens often. Message us with where you are and what you need — a replacement driver, an airport run, a last-minute Nusa Penida boat. If we cannot cover it ourselves, we will usually know someone reliable who can.

Yes. Every driver speaks conversational English, and we have drivers who speak Japanese (日本語対応). Japanese-speaking drivers are a smaller team, so please mention it when you book so we can reserve the right person for your date.

Pickup and drop-off are included from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Denpasar and Ubud. Pickups from Uluwatu, Amed, Candidasa, Lovina or Munduk are possible with a small surcharge for the extra distance — just ask when you book.

Bali rain usually passes within an hour, so we simply reorder the stops and wait it out somewhere dry rather than cancel. For airport pickups we track your flight number and wait free of charge if you land late. Cancelling for genuine bad weather or a missed flight carries no fee.
