A boxy van with noticeably more head and shoulder room than an MPV, which makes long transfers to Amed, Lovina or Munduk far easier. Tall passengers consistently prefer it. Fabric seats, powerful A/C and a wide sliding door.

Not included: entrance tickets, activities, meals and your driver’s tip. There is nothing else added at the end of the day — the price we agree on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Overtime is IDR 75,000 per hour, charged only in full hours and always mentioned to you before it starts. Nobody will rush you out of a restaurant, and your driver will tell you plainly when you are approaching the limit so you can decide.
Yes — that is the entire point of a private charter. Swap a temple for a beach, sit longer over lunch, skip a stop because everyone is tired. The only limits are the agreed hours and genuinely long detours, which may need a small distance top-up.
Yes, we have baby and toddler seats available free of charge, but please request one at least 24 hours ahead so the driver can fit it before pickup. Tell us your child’s age and weight and we will bring the right type.
Cash in Indonesian Rupiah is easiest and most appreciated. We also accept bank transfer, and USD, AUD, EUR, SGD or JPY in clean notes at a fair rate. No deposit is required to book, and there is no card machine in the car.
Yes to both. Our vehicles carry passenger insurance and a valid tourist transport permit (the yellow plate), and every driver holds the correct licence. Ask to see the documents any time — we are happy to show them.
No. This is the practice that gives Bali drivers a bad name and we do not do it. We will stop at a coffee plantation, a silver workshop or a batik studio if you ask, and you are never under any obligation to buy. Lunch recommendations are based on food quality, not kickbacks.
Yes. Sanur, Padang Bai and Serangan harbour transfers are straightforward, and we can hold your luggage or collect you on the return crossing. Many guests park their suitcases with us for a day trip and collect them on the way to their next hotel.
Yes. One-way transfers to Ubud, Amed, Candidasa, Lovina, Munduk, Uluwatu and everywhere in between are available, and you can add sightseeing stops along the route for the cost of the extra hours — which is far better value than doing the trip twice.
